Whale Watching at Jackson's Landing in the Gulf of Maine

We got to see Fin whales which was amazing! We saw 4 total which is unusual as they tend to be solitary. You can only see about 1/3 of them as they head down in search of food so I can only imagine how big they really are as we tried to get close to them in between breaths. They are the 2nd largest animal on our planet! We would normally see humpback whales but none this particular day so no cool tail photos, next time. We did see a blue shark though. Really feels like you're in the wild when you see these animals.
